Ketac-Cem by 3M ESPE is a luting cement made of glass ionomer for strong chemical bonding to enamel and dentin. This permanent cement is indicated for cementing crowns, bridges, inlays, posts, screws, and orthodontic bands; it is also used for cavity lining. In addition, Ketac-Cem Aplicap and Maxicap offers the cement in pre-measured capules, with an extended working time for easier application. The Ketac-Cem Radiopaque collection has a high radiopacity of 230%.
