Bioviva Topical (CMC) is an innovative soluble hemostatic material for use in surgical dental procedures. Upon contact with blood it rapidly transforms into a translucent viscous gel which can effectively seal capillary ends and fill wound gaps. It helps stem blood flow by activating clotting. The dressing material is soft white or light yellow in color, and treated with regenerated cellulose.
